Jesus knew that he was going to be crucified. He knew that he would die in a excruciatingly painful death, hanging from a cross. Can you imagine anything more horrific? He knew each of us in his own way would have to take up his cross and follow him.

How could the whole world follow twelve country bumpkins? The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Today one third of the world believes in Jesus, perhaps even more. We can see they succeed. Actually even the Muslims believe in Jesus.

He was shattered to such an extent that when he was in the point of dying he said, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken (abandoned) me?”One day in life this same will happen to us but we must accept the will of God.

What did the disciples see? They saw the dying come back to life. They saw the cripples dancing like children. They heard the dumb singing like larks. They saw the miserable happy as the day was long. They saw the leprous cleansed and their skin as clean and beautiful as a baby’s bottom. What a fantastic situation.

There is a saying that goes like this, “Empty hands find evil work.”We should keep ourselves busy.If you leave something empty, something would come and take residence there.If you say, “I don’t need a religion.” Then devil will come and take over.

Jesus said, \"Blessed are the poor, because the kingdom of God is theirs.\" This is really a paradox. How can you be rich by being poor? It doesn\'t make sense.

Catholics obviously say, “God helps those who help themselves.”Man is even more dependent on God. Actually without God he is mute and dumb and can not move a finger. In fact without God the universe would not exist.

That’s the secret of life. If we can learn to give then we will be given much more. That’s how we go to heaven. We give up everything but we get so much more in return.

I’m just telling the stories of the Bible. If the Bible is full of such crazy stories, why should you believe it?You can believe what you like. Peter said, “If Jesus didn’t rise from the dead we are the biggest fools in the world.”What do you make this? Do you think Christian messages worth listening to?

There is a saying, “To err is human, to forgive divine.”In other words, if we can forgive our enemies, then we are like God. If we can love our enemies, then we are beginning to share God’s life.
