The Holy Spirit descends on the apostles under the form of tongues of fire. They leave the room of the cenacle where they had eaten with Jesus the last Paschal Feast.
The soldiers take Jesus and he, carrying the cross, drags himself to a hill called Calvary. Reaching the place, they crucify Jesus and with him another two.
In the place where Jesus was crucified, there is a garden and in the garden, there is a new tomb, where none has yet been buried. It is there that they bury Jesus.
The high priest questions Jesus. Jesus replies, "I have spoken publicly to the world. I have always taught in a synagogue or in the temple area, and in secret I have said nothing."
