Father, may your name be hallowed, may your kingdom come,
give us our daily bread, teach us to forgive as we are forgiven.
What zeal St. Paul had for the mission! The world has need of this Gospel!
There is in the world a raging conflict between good and evil.
The world promotes hatred and violence, greed and deceit, passion and despair.

After fourteen years,
列印 So many miracles happened in Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum;
but the hearts of their citizens remained cold and unresponsive.
Jesus laments what will happen to the three Jewish towns where He performed many signs.
He contrasts these with three Gentile cities known.
The Jewish towns are simply stubborn and hard-headed. That is why Jesus could only cry at their future fate.

Mission work is also bearing witness to our Faith in our day to day life.
St. Therese, who, despite never leaving the cloister, is considered the patroness of the missions
because she offered all her merits of her activities for the mission! We can do the same.

The Blessed Mother who has given us the Rosary as the weapon to combat the forces of evil.

The truth that each and every human soul has a Guardian Angel.
Protects us from both spiritual and physical evil.
“Let us affectionately love His angels as counselors and defenders appointed by the Father and placed over us.
They are faithful; they are prudent; they are powerful; Let us only follow them, let us remain close to them.

The spirit of faith invites us always to search for God’ s will.

Are you surprised to see the disciples of Jesus arguing about who is the greatest among them?
Who doesn’t cherish the ambition to be “somebody”.
Who is the greatest in God's kingdom? The one who is humble and lowly of heart.
